A: Sous Vide is mainly suited for meats. It doesn’t reach the rolling boil required for cooking pasta, nor the high temperatures of an oven for casseroles. Vegetables can be cooked, but the process is slow and results may not be ideal.

A: The numbers are bright white on a black background, offering excellent contrast. Additionally, the numbers are large, making them easy to read even without glasses.
